Tinytots Admission

Admission Policy

Admission at Tinytots International Daycare and Preschool is offered based on our Admission Waitlist and follows defined criteria to ensure balance, diversity, and fairness.

• ✔ Preference is given to maintaining the international diversity of our daycare and preschool.
• ✔ We aim to keep a healthy balance of boys and girls within each group.
• ✔ Priority is given to working parents with urgent childcare needs.
• ✔ Families newly relocated to Denmark (within the last 3–4 months) are given consideration.
• ✔ Siblings of children already attending any Tinytots facility receive priority.

Admission Process

1. ✔ Complete the Admission Waitlist Form online. One form must be submitted for each child. Registration for the waitlist is free of charge.
2. ✔ Tinytots International Daycare & Preschool receives your registration and places your child on the waiting list. Parents must inform the school of any changes in contact details.
3. ✔ When a space becomes available, parents are notified and given five (5) working days to accept or decline the offer.
4. ✔ If the offer is declined, the registration is removed from the waitlist unless a written request is made to remain on it.

Admission Waitlist

Tinytots maintains a long waitlist due to high demand. However, vacancies may arise due to the international nature of our families and ongoing expansion projects.

Enrolment on the Admission Waitlist does not guarantee a place. Admission offers strictly follow the Admission Policy outlined above.

Enrolment

Once a place is offered, parents receive an enrolment contract with all relevant details. The completed contract must be returned before childcare begins.

Admission and enrolment for Daycare or Preschool (Kindergarten) is free of charge. A child’s place is confirmed only after submission of the completed admission form and receipt of the one-time payment.

✔ The one-time payment is refundable if the notice period is fulfilled and no outstanding dues remain.
